Henderson County has contracted with Point & Pay to provide online payments for processing permits. A convenience fee is assessed for your credit card, debit card, or electronic check. This fee is paid to Point & Pay, not Henderson County. Fees for credit card & e-check are:

Henderson County Permits & Inspections Department provides permit, plan review and inspection services for all unincorporated areas of Henderson County and, through contractual agreements, provides these services to the city and towns of Hendersonville, Laurel Park, Mills River, Fletcher, Flat Rock and Saluda.
